OKLAHOMA CITY – Our In Your Corner team has new details about a defective pool builder.

Mike Zachritz first appeared on our radar last year. He is accused of cheating on countless customers, including a stroke victim and a veteran.

Customer, Dave Kirby, said, “They knew they were in trouble and kept making money.”

Last week, Zachritz was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for tax evasion and to pay $ 461,363 to the IRS.

Not to mention, he still owes the state a huge chunk of change.

The In Your Corner team has learned that Attorney General Scott Pruitt’s office plans to file criminal charges against Zachritz in the coming weeks, which means the victims may receive compensation after all.

“Our office will continue to be accountable there. It was systemic, ”said Oklahoma attorney general Scott Pruitt. “I am happy to hear that there is already a level of accountability and justice in place. We will continue that shortly. “

We will keep you updated on the case.
